★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office building is old and poorly maintained. Very frequent has air conditioning breakdown. The only plus points here I would say is the location, close to the LRT line. If I were to rent an office lot, I will choose other offices nearby, such as Sunway Tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to Dang Wangi LRT and next door Sunway Tower . This building seems older than the other buildings around . There is the open car park lot in front as well as basement car park lot . The security seems simple. Registration to the building by handwritten record and the guard would tap you through the access doors .
