★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of shorts at Tropicana Gardens outlet, sales staff advised that I can alter at 1 utama branch.
Went to 1 utama branch, nobody at checkout counter would even bothered to entertain. Staff name Kelly rolled her eyes and said no. Won’t accept a refund at her outlet either.
To management, please educate your staff to NOT USE false information to close sales
