โ โ โ โ โ Customer Service here really good. The guy can explain clearly and recommend what is suitable your need. Today actually go do survey on ceiling fan. Yet, not yet go to next door TBM i purchase already. The price is reasonable. ? Surprising is the price is lower than lazada pricing.

โ โ โ โ โ I always buy electrical appliances at HLK Puchong because the is a staff name Azrul who is the best at his work. I even recommended my sister and friends to directly go meet Azrul because of his best service and advice. Sadly he was transferred to Semenyih branch, and no longer with HLK now. Poor management when you lost something valuable gone unappreciated.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a sharp fridge (480L) on 20 Nov 2021, delivered on 25 Nov. When I was about to check the fridge, the delivery man hurried me and said that they had many places to deliver, urged me to sign and I signed without checking everything thoroughly. Next two days when I switched on the fridge, next day the fridge started to make noise for more than 20 mins. Called them immediately and 1.5 weeks plus until now, no one comes to service and check what happened. Within these 1.5 weeks, the fridge will make funny noise itself randomly, sometimes I was woke up early in the morning because of the fridge. And each time I called, the only reply I receive was PENDING.
I was VERY UPSET with the after-sale service and regret that I didn't check the fridge thoroughly when being pressured.
I called Sharp service centre myself, same reply: PENDING. wonder if this model would be a defeat model or what.

โ โ โ โ โ Comprehensive products with good system for customers that make it easy for warranty or product issue. Extended warranty can be purchased at extra cost. Some product price can be a little bit high, but there are promotional campaigns at times which offers good bargains.
