β β β β β Have been in good relationship with this electrical shop until one day my 55' UHD Samsung SmartTV had problem, and I seek help from them with my valid warranty. The service is poor and the staff attending the case is very unprofessional - Mr Jonathan.
Luckily, the senior staff there - Mr Raymond was kind and understand the situation and offered to help.
Now I have doubt in future purchase with them

Product price was reasonable and very competitive to market. Delivery person was also very cooperative and installation was nice. I will definitely recommend his service to others.
