mistake, followed by mistakes done.
your documents and agreement would take months to complete, 10 months for home loan documents.
avoid this firm at all cost.
the lawyer is irresponsible.
you will end up paying penalty by thousands of ringgit to your signing party and they don't care.
By all means : try to find any other firms in Sungai Petani and do not ever even think about ask anything from this firm. They will promise you heaven and earth to complete in a few weeks but in the end : your agreement might end up almost 1 year to be completed.
