โ โ โ โ โ Sent my malfunctioned Samsung vacuum cleaner (barely used for 3 x only). After 1 months still no reply. Called 2 times, but counter staff rudely said (kalau tak call tak siap lagi la!). Definitely not going to purchase any more electrical appliances here. You can be stupid, but you cannot be rude. Especially to your customer.
