★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holiday Guest House is a semi detach double story house renovated to become a homestay / a guest house. So it's situated inside a housing area but to my surprise it exceeded me and my family expectations in a lot of criteria (We rent the whole house for 3 days and 2 night).
As good as 3 star hotel (in my opinion its a bit better) with more freedom to roam and relaxing (inside and around the house).
The size of each room and bed is different. In total the house have 10 rooms to cater for different guest needs.
Each room has their own aicond unit, toilet, hot shower unit and tv.
Wifi is also available and the signal is marvelous.
Kitchen area can't be use for cooking (no stove install) but have one medium size fridge, a functional washing machine and a round dinner table for 8 pax.
Owner also supplied two unit of drinking water dispenser, one at the first floor and one at the kitchen but only the kitchen unit have the hot and cold water dispenser.
Parking for your car is not a problem. The patio plus the porch area can easily fit 7-8 cars at a time so wont have to see any angry neighbour glaring at you in case if you park at the front of their house. Getting in and out is easy since the management / owner install two big sliding gate at the front.
Lastly, its < 3km from Teluk Cempedak ???. Hope this help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked three rooms. Two downstairs, one upstairs. Amenities are adequate, air conditioning excellent, mineral water provided. Common spaces and rooms had cigarette and odd smells. Rooms are not sound proof so could hear staff watching videos on hand phone outside. Turned it down after telling the second time. One room sink clogged and heater not really working. Slightly run down. Mattresses are old and dips in the centre. Overall, worth it for the low price paid though.
