Amazing room. Clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi at room DD is amazing.

Cleanliness good. Worth. Homestay, housing area. Need own transport to travel. Or catch Grab. City, 3km away. Beach 3/4km away

Not honest owner. Rude manner owner's brother. Not trustworthy owner and her brother. We booked a room for 2 weeks time and the owner asked us to move to others' guesthouse because she has another guest that wished to book the whole homestay. It is very ridiculous and rude! We booked earlier but been chase out in between. The owner even lied to us about the reason that she change us to others' guesthouse. She told us that her homestay will undergo renovation but the truth is she rent the whole homestay to other ppl. I don't think this is the right and good choice if you wish to stay in kuantan. As there is a lot other homestay or guest house around this area. Do think twice before you wish to stay here.

Such an amaaaaazing experience. They even have a jacuzzziiiii. And its only rm100. Waaaaaa. Such a deaallll. The service is also amazing. Love this place. Will definitely book again if i come back here. The bed is also amazing and comfy. Everything is clean. Not to mention at the jacuzzi you can see the sky as well. Very romantic. Thank you so much. If i could give a rating of 100 i would.

Stayed at W inn Kuantan for 1 night for my birthday celebration. However, the stay gets miserable when me and my partner got bitten by beg bugs (Room GG). We suffered the bites and ended up having itchiness and rashes and scars all over the body. Feedback to the host. At first, the host called and apologized and mentioned they would refund or compensate the medical bills. I acknowledged it and took the second option which is the medical bill compensation. After we presented the bills which is total of RM130.50 for 2 persons, the host refuse to proceed for refund and mentioned their B'N'B has not encounter beg bug issue before and ask us to feedback to Air B'nB Center. Very ridiculously, they took some pictures and video on the bed and inform us no bed bugs were found. WOW!! I was very disappointed the way they responded, i then proceed to speak to Air B'N'B and demanded the host to prove the Pest Control Report saying that no bed bugs were found. What makes the things worst is that from the pictures they sent to me after the Pest control company inspected was the other room (Which is not the room I stayed!). I recalled the room we stayed was without window. But the pictures show the windows. When I question them, they just asked me to refer to Pest Control Report. Guess What! The report was then highlighted purposely with the Room Door GG on it. I managed to speak to the Pest Control Manager and questioned about whether the pest control inspection was carried out with the integrity manner. He wasn't sure and asked me to refer to the host instead. True enough, the host avoided and did not reply. There were too many loop holes for their covered stories. At the end, no refund nor the medical bills were refunded by them. The host Mr Wong was not being very helpful and accommodating at all. I will not return and stay again in any of their BNB in Malaysia. Before you book this place, why not look through their other customer review, you will find some interesting feedback.

We had a night stay at the Jacuzzi room. The room LEGIT has a jacuzzi (not a false advertisement or whatever). See the photo for reference. It was our second times there. The room was cozy, not too spacious tho. Suitable for 2 people. 3? Just nice. 4? A bit crowded. 5? Like canned sardines. 6? Are you having a rave party or smthng? The room got astro and wifi. In the sharing area, got a stove for cooking/washing machine with detergent/tv/water dispenser/fridge/dining table/door with automatic lock. Lots of parking spaces. Did i mention the room has a jacuzzi? Oh yeah I did. Just a small-sized jacuzzi bathtub. But still, JACUZZI??‍♂️

Very clean, provide all you need. Spacious Big rooms, best for large family
