★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much crowd during daytime and weekday. Lots of food but the lightning is dim, make me quite uncomfortable to walk around.

Cons:
1. road condition
2. Poor lift maintenance (only 2 main lift to serve level B3 to 40) - imagine the que time if all occupant out at the same time. Qued 20mins to go down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can still find some good restaurants, cafes for reasonably priced food during lunch hour. This place is with limited access from the entertainment area to the office blocks and also to the SoHO blocks. Parking here is either by Touch n Go, Visa card or season parking access card. So, if you are here for dining please make sure your TNG card is with sufficient credit. If not, you can still top up at the convenient stores here. There are 2 mynews stores and one 7-11 here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Architecturally a very pleasant location with whiffs of European style. Sadly however, not taken advantage of by encouraging upmarket tenants. Of course in recent months coronavirus has had its impact resulting in it slowly turning into a slum. Dirty, filthy, dank... But also reeks of opportunity post virus times
