★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using the Langkawi Travel Bubble process to enter Malaysia with my spouse. Not only has LiLi been responsive, she has been incredibly patient with my numerous questions and requests. She also provided me with good suggestions and did not insist on me signing up for various add-ons as some travel agent might have. She worked really hard and was communicative at all times. Really kudos to the fantastic service I have received from HTT, especially from LiLi and Jessy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm never one who uses travel agencies since i plan my own trips. But boy, was I missing out a whole new experience of stress-free, BANG FOR THE BUCK travel. They were amazing and getting my vacay booked despite the VERY last minute request in this turbulent travel season where plans are just so volatile thanks to the whole COVID situation. They constantly updated me of the progress and the alternatives they were exploring as they tried to book a hotel of my budget within the time frame i needed, without me asking. I've never had such a proactive service, that even continued on after i went on the trip, to make sure i checked in alright and whether the accommodations were to my liking. I especially loved how we got rates that are SO MUCH better than AGODA or any other internet booking sites. A HUGEEE plus point also goes to how stress-free they make traveling be, and just how easy they drafted up plans for my stay there in case i were interested in anything else. This definitely triumphs hours of trying deciphering COVID restrictions in different places on government websites, or googling whats open or whats not, etc. Would definitely recommend to ANYONE who just wants a stress free, one-center of REALIABLE travel information, and an efficient way of booking and planning a trip.

Where and how do I even began?
Lily is responsive, helpful, the information/message she gave me is 'good quality' haha if I can put it that way!
I've speak to 3 other travel agent and every single message from them is about money money money! Trying to stuck money out from me. I 100% totally understand that COVID has hit them hard but it's not the way! I'm not just saying more expensive quotes but also gave me RANDOM charges!
Lily answered every question that I've asked! if she doesn't know the answer she would take her time to research them! ( Maybe some of the stuff I could have done it myself yet she doesn't complain or not reply me!)
The quote that I was given is AMAZING! I don't know how but I checked on the actual hotel website and compare the price lily gave me, it's so much cheaper!
I would 100% highly recommend this tour agent company but especially Lily as she personally helped me and made this trip happened for us!

She had provided most excellent service by explaining in details even with my frequent change of packs and dates. Most patient customer service personnel I have encountered. The tour agency was also very promptly in seeking a room upgrade as per the promotion. Thumbs up to Holiday Tours and travel. Kudos
