Know this company when their show room office locate at sungai Buloh Before MCO. Overall sales stage experience was good. Bought their kitchen design and wardrobe during MCO and install on 1st NOv 2021. After completed the installation spot some installation issue which not match with my require design, later on found few other defect. The kitchen come with livinox hood and hob, which the installation off site not getting the middle point of the space and can see big gap between the cabinet. But most funny part they install the hood with no suction power. After livinox technician came over and check only realised the installation phase only drill few small hole and connect the hose on it…… (speechless) that is not a proper way of install the hood (comment by livinox ) Understand all project will have defect, I can’t accept no follow up on customer issue and need customer to contact them every week on the detail. Overall customer customer satisfaction is low. 1) sales stage (Good) 2) installation stage (disappointed) 3) after sales ( disappointed)

Don’t be fooled with all the packages. It is called ‘package’ i suppose the work is done at one go, by a team. - carpentry (different team) - tabletop (different team)- done 1 week after we pushed the salesperson, since nobody contacted us after 5days of carpentry work completion.We already moved in, so using toilet sink for dishwashing is such a mess? - oven not installed by both teams, i bought the oven even before their installation work, and the oven was in the house the whole time. After some argument, finally they send someone to settle the oven. ? - plumbing installation also is considered ADDITIONAL COST, so please take note. They will ask us to arrange with our own plumber instead. Or pay more expensive if arranged by them. - consequences is, my plumber charges me more because the carpentry work makes the plumbing work difficult, so he needs to do some more hacking. So more money forked out ? - no backsplash installation service. - wiring also is ADDITIONAL COST. So i was adviced to hire our own electrician. Or pay more expensive if arranged by them. We are working couple with small kids, with this kind of arrangement, its very troublesome for us. We should have taken a normal contractor that can do all this thing with the same ‘package’ price. My first and last experience with this company. Learnt my lesson.

I am really picky and anxious on selecting the design for my kitchen. I choose for Scandi-industrial design for my kitchen and it come out perfectly as per desire. Mr Ken and the installation team are really sharp on time so no headache for busy people. Plus their eyes are really2 sharp too. Budgetwise? My advice go for them, they gave you same quality as Tivolli or Unity with a lot of free gift on hob, hood and sink.

Ken and his colleagues were fantastic to work with; they were really helpful and quick. Ken patiently and quickly answered all of my questions, and he also gave me a lot of ideas for my home cabinet design. After the installation of cabinets, the team cleaned my house and all of the cabinets. I'm really pleased with Homa Kitchen's service.

This is one of the best. It's a pleasure to be in thier company. Everything is excellent, from the salespeople to the installers to the after-sales care. We recently had a sticky drawer, and they came out right away to fix it after the first working day. The price is also very valueble when compared to others.

At a time, they offer only one professional service. They offer a wide range of wood. If you are looking for Classic kitchen cabinets, this is a great place to start. Thank you especially to Ms. Nancy, who was able to give services on time and in a professional manner.

Im disappointed to their service, starting they come to work, they didn’t protect my floor and made a lot of scratch After finish the installation, I found their work quality very worst, the gap between the table top and the cabinet is very big, and the table top board also curved I call them to come to fix it, they only put silicon to cover the gap, this is fine even thought looks ugly The most I cant acceptable is the quartz stone table top, it a lots of watermark after I use for few days, I asked solution from them, they only said using thinner to remove it, but what if the thinner corrosion the table top? Not only these issues, I’ve asked them to come and check, until now have no any response, nobody follow up with me, they irresponsible made me very tired already

Pros: Beautiful design and good communication before installation Short Review: Bad built quality, awful communication from installation till now, the wardrobes/tables/mirror have scratches everywhere. Long Review: Pros 1. Salesperson Hugo is good, he was very kind and assisted me well and communicating everything well. I wasn’t sure I wanted so he helped a lot and suggesting the designs even for the rest of the house. 2. Beautiful design. I love the look of everything. Very similar to the 3D design they proposed. Cons 1. Built Quality The built quality of this cabinets are not great. The finishing is rough but this is pretty much the least of my complain. It looked better in the showroom. 2. Scuff and Scratched Scratches everywhere. I have requested to fix and replace as touching up will not work. There’s a hole on one shelf. It wasn’t cheap, I paid RM700 for 3 shelves. I don’t expect it to be any more, just no holes and no scratches. Almost all of the edges have scuffed like it was used vigorously but it came like that. They mentioned the defect team will come and fix it but asked me to take photos of each place affected. The problem is almost everything is scratched and scuffed. After all isn’t the defect team’s job to inspect and fix? To make sure it reaches your company’s standard. It should be me doing your job. 4. Awful Communication Communication for this company has been awful. It happened 3 times, even though I mentioned them to notify me before coming. The installer called me the morning (9am) on the day they’re installing. Nobody mentioned they will come the day before. The least they can do is send a text the day before so I can schedule my timing. This issue continued to resume with the countertop’s installer, they came in the morning and expected me to be in the house. Again, they didn’t notify me so I can arrange my schedule. Instead they expect you to rush to the house to open for them. All I asked was give me a heads up the day before coming but they couldn’t do that. On 16th April the installers came again to touch up the scuffs but I was asleep till the afternoon. So they left. No one notified me when they were even coming. It happened 3 times and they still can’t notify me before coming. 5. No space to pull out drawers/cabinets. The drawers are extremely difficult to pull. It’s due to the soft close system which is nice to have but the problem is there’s almost no space for you to put your fingers and pull out. It actually takes a great force to pull out. RIP fingers everyday. I spent RM51k so it’s not a small amount of money and I’m very disappointed. I’m sorry it had to be here but I’ve sent texts and called them but the response has been very slow. There’s a lot more places with scratches by the oven and microwave but I can’t take photos for every corner. I hope the defect team can come and sort this out and improve your communication. Sorry it had to be this way. I hope this fasten the slow process. If I could ask for a refund and send everything back I would because the work and communication has been horrible. I am just very disappointed.
