β β β β β It was a pleasant experience relative to the one I got from TM Point Kepong where the staff at Kepong was rude.
The staff here was helpful and kind including the guard.
The only issue I have here was the difficulty to find a car parking space and the parking meter.
The local council, I was told decided to do away with the metered parking system for parking slips and a parking app.
But they DID NOT REMOVE THE METERS OR PUT A "NOT WORKING" sign on it.
A kind lady passerby told me ONLY AFTER I inserted RM1.20 into the meter and of course the REFUND button DOES NOT WORK. ?

β β β β β Pretty well organized office & counters. Quite longer wait for each customer. Located at the stretch of shop lots in the area, hardly to get a car park lot.

β β β β β Payment issue, huge scam. Charged with auto pay even promised canceled and bill payment at counter for rm300. Scam!
Report at MCMC for any outstanding charges.

β β β β β There are a few payment machines located here. TM Staff are friendly & efficient, but it takes time to be served. Also you need to queue outside the shop b'cse of social distancing... A few chairs are provided outside for customers. Parking is crazy at this location in Damansara Uptown...Better to park at Starling Mall to avoid a parking summon....

β β β β β I was there to change my Unifi Bebas SIM card because I couldn't receive Unifi signal at all. The service was great. I got my new SIM card in about 10 minutes. The staff who attended to my request was efficient, polite and helpful.

β β β β β Finding a tm point is a third of the 'battle won'. Parking is the other and the queues make up the remaining challenge. Despite the odds, i finally made my way over. My determination paid off. Service was brisk and professional. Multi-lingual staff. Knowledgeable. Professional.
