Here to share my experience.
Wanted to give the cinnamon rolls a try and everything turned sour once I reached the counter to pay.
The cashier insisted for small change, which we complied. He shared to his manager and instead of calming things down, the manager blamed us for not using Debit Card. Cynically whispered "come on, zaman cashless kot".
We opted for cash payment since it is one of the available options. I have T&G e-wallet, grabpay, debit and credit card. I'm more than happy to use it and they can just ask for it. T___T
Definitely will come again, with RM100 note to purchase the cheapest item there, just to enjoy being demeaned again. :')
Ps: not going to comment on the quality of the cinnamon rolls because I'm not qualified. Just sharing my frustration of being a misunderstood customer.
On a serious note, please bring duit kecil, otherwise, please use cashless options. Kalau tak, nanti satu kedai perli haha

β β β β β I do have to give this place a 1 star. I have been meaning to try this place for sometime- well you know being the new kid on the block, naturally i am curious.
Very unfortunate for me coz i do think their cinnamon rolls are just not the expected cinnamon rolls. Texture of the rolls are just like the hot cross buns, macam makan roti biasa. If you are expecting real cinnamon rolls, this is not the place for you. And the toppings they put on top...(i had the almond and coffee flavoured ones) well, it tasted more like condensed milk to me. And yes, the almonds were not toasted enough.
Coffee is by Illy. Not my favourite brand. You need to source for better beans. There many locally sourced ones which are good.
Wonβt be coming back. Sorry

β β β β β Come at 8:05pm but shop already closed. Cinnamon still many not sell yet. Shop asst not attend for take away. Sad. Never come, never support or never buy from this brand.

β β β β β Should not be called cinnamon rolls. This is just a bun with speckles or rather a hint of cinnamon. Cinnamon rolls should be loaded with cinnamon; not just a hint. The bun is not soft and not fluffy at all. Keras and underbaked.
My review on each rolls i purchased:
1. Roasted almond: The almonds are not roasted at all.
2. Banana walnut: walnut ada but not roasted. But where's the banana? I kept biting hoping to bit a piece of banana but takde langsung. Rasa banana pon takde. Lupa letak ke?
3. Apple cinnamon: nampak ada apple but very little. Kedekut apple. As u can see from the image (bottom right) ade 3 sticks of apple je. guna 1 biji apple je kot for multiple trays?
4. Original: like i said, hint of cinnamon je. And dry.
I definitely do not get what i paid for. And dont get me started on the customer service. The service was so bad.

Donβt expect itβs just a plain cinammon rolls since the original of it also have the glazed of cream cheese on top of it?β€οΈ
Pro tips : reheat in the microwave for at least 10sec(for extra moisture) and having it with a cup of hot cappuccino ?? ke langit!!!

β β β β β the original cinnabon was so niceβ¦ i asked them to reheat it. The dough is soft, fluffy and taste so nice. I really love the topping glaze. But when itβs cold the dough gets hard and not fluffy enough. Thats was the only cons.

β β β β β Havenβt tried their original branch, but the cinnamon rolls are great. 4 pieces for RM25. I would recommend the Biscoff flavoured one. It was the best among my 4. The shop is located right below Burger King.
