Purchased a dining set and paid full amount but they said it became out of stock. Been 2 weeks and still they haven't refunded our money. Too many excuses. Although they have good choices but they are being unethical to simply give away an item that we have paid fully simply to another customer.

Don't make full payment when you purchase furniture from here if u wish to have someone entertain u when u get something the quality is not up to your expectation. Sally is the worst branch manager I have ever met. I hope the boss see what customer wrote about her on Google.

Think twice before purchase. I bought dining table set with upgraded chair and sofa past one month. 1) Delivery was not been informed earlier as I stated there is no one living there yet (New House), and have to called earlier for me to get ready to there. Not last minute. 2) Outsource third party driver attitude is rude. My chair screw delivered in rust, not balance and sofa was not fix properly with the correct stand. 3) 2nd time delivery on the chair screw due to rust and wrong size earlier, so could not fix. However, the 2nd time also outsource third party driver which also bring the wrong screw. But they just force me to accept it. 4) 3rd time delivery will be Homerly Premium Outlet own technician. Okkk, finally the screw were the right one and change it the chair which not balance one for me. Thank you so much. 5) the next issue come again. After sales service so so so bad. While my sofa stand was broken which that time then technician not fix it well. I took video and send to the sales person. Would not imagine that she able to answer me that โ€œ oh, I checked with our technician, the sofa stand is like that moveable and will got sound one when you sit downโ€. I was like speechless to her. When the 1st day no sound and quite satisfied. Then now you tell me is actually will got sound. When the moment I tried at showroom was pretty comfortable and satisfied. 6) so, she keep on delay my complaint and just mention I have to check , I have to check. She didnโ€™t get back to me and no reply until now. Hence I could not just let my friends or family sit on floor, so I went to decor heaven for advice then bought the stand and fix it by my own ? Even tho I didnโ€™t bought the sofa from Decor heaven, just get the stand. The sales person also follow up with me after the next day. Will definitely not consider Homerly next time and will not introduce to other. ?

Okay, long story short. I've never met such bad after sales service in a furniture shop in Penang. I do understand your warehouse is at KL but the follwing up after received a complaint from customer is absolutely bad. 1. Delivery time is uncertain - I had note when i purchased the item to remind them to call me few hour before the arrive as i have not stay at my new house, so i need time to travel over to open the door for them but they called like 3mins before they arrive. 2. I purchased a dining table set and sofa. Dining table was ok but the chairs came with rusty screws. Luckily i saw it before they fix the chairs. Imagine i saw the packet of screws is still soak with some water in the plastic. And also the chairs was not balance. So i refused to accept it and they told me they dont hv any spare screw and they need to go back to KL to get it and only can come it fix it on another trip. 3. Sofa - the sofa comes with leg but they did not fix it and only fix when i asked them to and they did not fix the middle stand properly. 4. 2nd trip - which it should be came with screws to fix the chairs, but all the screws are not the same. Ok, i seriously do not know what are they doing. The same thing happen on 2nd delivery and i refuse to accept it as well and i need to wait for another trip of delivery man. 4. The 3rd time, Finally... homerly own driver came over, to fixed the correct screws and balance the chairs. They only told us the previous was third party drivers, i had also advised them to educate them well before having them to deliver and fix your furniture as soon your customers will sure run away. After all this happen, i was like finally everything is in good condition. As too soon for me to feel my happiness, the sofa 3rd leg broked. and do note we dont have kids jumping on the sofa or oversized guests sit on the sofa, we just have 3 adults sitting on the sofa and the 3rd leg was broken. I immediately texted the sales person- sally to tell her about this issue and wanting her to get me solutions i even send her the video i captured on this incidents. Guessed what i get from her reply : ohh, i checked with our technicians, the sofa is like that. I was like whattttt????? which mean everytime ppl sit on my sofa the sofa will sunked? I urged her to get me solution to repair on the broken piece and she just replied, i need to check with KL. and thats it. She never get back to me till today.( is 3 weeks now). End up i need to purchase the 3rd leg from other furniture shop to fix it myself, and the sales person was good enough to follow up with me the next day whether the leg can be fixed eventhough i just bought a replacement parts from her. Please think twice or dont even consider this shop if u do not wish to have any trouble after purchased your expensive item. This is the 1st and last i purchased with them and i do not wish to see them in any future.
