★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service provided by sales supervisor, Eugene. He is vety knowledgeable about the items sold and takes time to explain to customers. Delivery within stipulated time. The admin staff called several times to confirm time and date of delivery before actual delivery. Items sold are of good quality at reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed on their sale man service. Placing wrong order for two times, and because their mistake, need to delay all the delivery schedule and my house completion. Mr Ooi, please pass msg well to your worker, don't just simply commit anything just to close the sale. I won't recommend any of my friends shopping here any more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a single armchair for my stroke patient aunty way back. Can remember Mr Felix, taking the trouble to make long sittings comfortable. Fast forward couple years on, I decided to change another new armchair for my aunty, needless to say , the first person that came to my mind is Mr Felix. Contacted him, and as helpful as ever, he started finding the right chair for aunty. It was so comfortable for aunty. Then one of my old settee chair got a loose nut. I contacted Mr Felix, during the MCO period but they've opened the interstate restrictions, though business resumed but many reluctant to pay visits, not LG, Mr Felix arranged for his men to come over. They went to my patio, and started repairing the chair, was really amazed at LGs service. Really grateful to have such excellent service rendered ... Thanks again Mr Felix and your wonderful team. We need more excellent service like this???
