★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional and incapable service. Did not keep their words. Do not trust their pricing and promises. My whole trip planning and joy were totally crashed. I have a group of 7. Price and date had been confirmed. I agreed to bring the full payment and passport to the office as per their request. When I told them that I'm coming over, they told me that the air ticket was sold out. My group has to be cancelled unless I have to pay the extra charge. Is ridiculous! The worst tour agency I ever deal with.
