β β β β β Very bad attitude when I called Ipoh Sri Maju for enquire .I asked for someone who had called me politely .They forwarded the call to many people and said no one had called me .The last person who answered my call told me that it was off duty time.However,it seems like she was trying to push thing away as people are rushing home and asked me to call again tomorrow.If that was an urgent case on schedule for a customer ,no one gonna call on the next day.I am disappointed on how the service attitude was.There is room for improvement on service.

β β β β β Bus is air-con, clean. Along highway, 1 toilet restroom stop. Driver steady & cautious. Commendable.
Road trip from Ipoh - Sg Dua (Penang) Start 9:40 am arr. 12:20 noon. Punctual departure. Duration approx. 2 1/2 hrs traffic dependent.
Can book online, I.D. required. cc payment.

β β β β β The bus is quite nice and comfortable. During this MCO period, travellers are advised to wear 3 layer mask and practise hand hygiene. Bring your own hand sanitizers spray before touching anything and after getting down the bus. The bus captain always follows the rules and drive carefully and won't exceed the speed limits. I had a great travel experience with this bus service. Just on and off they need to check all the seats the cushion if it is properly fixed mine keep coming out of the place.
