Beautiful, clean, tidy, fully equipped kitchen utensils, once stay stay attracted, very suitable for families who want a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere. SORRY HOMESTAY SERVICES ARE DELAYED BECAUSE THERE ARE MONTHLY TENANTS UNTIL INFORMED. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Floors stainless, both rooms and toilets.
All furniture are well maintained.
Airconditioner are all operational and working smoothly, most using inverter aircond.
The water heater works well too, easy to use.
The house smells fresh.
The utilities are complete, owner even provide us complementary mineral water. And that includes bath soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, dishwashing soap, detergent powder, etc.
It comes with Astro subscription.
The only downside is there is no WiFi at the moment, but owner said he will look forward to add it up soon, and TV is a little bit small.
Overall, this is the best homestay I've ever stayed. Thank you to the owner.
