β β β β β Very bad method of reservation system.
They say you need to check-in by 300pm,
if you didn't pickup their phone call between 1pm to 3pm they will cancel your reservation even you already confirmed it with them.
Sometimes people didn't pickup phone because there is no coverage during their travel to their homestay.
They at least should SMS to inform on the cancellation.
