Well worth the price. Room RM100, one family of 7 people I sat comfortably. Well worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English & malay speaking owner, very clean room, near to kerepok lekor stall, near to local taste restaurants, near to Musalla and the most important...just 20 metres by the beach.. u can see Kapas Island..very near.. and definitely will come again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know why this place has high rating. We arrived at 6 pm from KL, and the pakcik owner was very friendly. The beach outside was very nice, but the room we booked at rm75, was very small, just 8'x8'. The toilet/bathroom is large and look nice. What shocked me was there was no water in the pipes. They only have one small water container...... No Way!!!!! I complained, and asked for money back. They gave back money without arguments. This means, perhaps, many other unwary guests must have complained about the water supply. Don't come here.
