β β β β β The design and concept of the cabin is very unique but im actually disappointed with the condition of the swimming pool which is not cleaned properly and also it doesn't have a big signage for the newbies at the main road to go inside the bungalow so i hope the management could do something with this matter ?ββ

β β β β β not worth my money at all. the bungalow and cabin is not properly maintained, the cabin floor start to fell, no aircond in common area, staff are not friendly. the swimming pool is small (suitable for kids only). bbq pit is small, so need longer time to cook. and guess have to clean the place before checking out in order to get back their deposit.

β β β β β It was a great place to stay with families. Cozy place and very big space with a swimming pool. The thing is sometimes their staff will go in and out at any time they like but they won't disturb your family. Also, if we could do a suggestion, the cabin were great but it could be best if the owner could install blind curtains to all the windows in the cabin because they are see-through when you open the lights in those cabins. It felt uncomfortable especially with the nearby neighbourhood.
Overall, great stay. ?

β β β β β I don't usually give Google reviews or negative reviews but unfortunately, I would give zero if I could. The person I liaised with was very unprofessional and to put it in a nice way, I learned what not to do in business just through our unpleasant interaction. Please improve your customer service. The house was okay but the customer service and replies from the lady made me and my family not want to recommend this place to anyone we know and love. We told her that some lights were not working well and the pipes some were leaking and her response is we are complaining too much. If you want a family stay with minimal repairs, good, prompt and attentive customer service, please avoid this place for your peace of mind.
