★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far your toilet provide everythg that we need from your service with hot water and hygine stuff.. its ok.. your room very spacy and we all realy enjoy n feel relax.. the lamp also OK.. the bed and pillow also perfect.. provide window.. and the most important you provide car park with higest safety i.e. in close up garaj.. also for in out vehicle with remote control also make us feel like in our home and more privacy.. in overall with affordable price i could sy your service is 5 star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed there for 2 nights, our room a lot of mosquitos, have to ask spray of repellent before we going out for food.
I understood that better open window for ventilation, but you need know when your guests will check in, at least at morning have to close window and spray mosquito repellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We booked through Booking.com. When we arrived, the owner said they did not received our booking. Fortunately we got another place to stay. Hope the owner improve on this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no electricity, I couldn't get in the homestay because they couldn't open the gate without electricity. It also took the service an hour to just give me a room. Booked 2 rooms but only got 1 room as the 2nd room is having aircon problem but they didn't bother to fix it much earlier. Avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars simply because good management, the remote controlled gate was shockingly pleasing but kinda wish the parking area inside is bigger, room were clean, aircond could be cooler but its okay, toilet was clean and toiletries were nice and smells great, kinda hoped they gives out disposable toothbrush too, fyi got water cooler, definitely the best, would be better if its coway/cuckoo coz the existing one kinda not so cool sometimes, the cleaner were all very friendly and helpful, beds and mattresses were okay, some tv got channel some doesn't but still okay, would definitely opt for this one again if I'm around Muar!
