★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast check-in, polite & friendly staff, room very clean & all amenities in good condition, breakfast by papa rich (hotel coupon). Public parking not an issue, coz the hotel prepared guess with 3hrs coupon sufficient until checkout time. Overall this hotel is okay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro : Hotel in good condition and convenient. If you pay with breakfast package, you will eat at Papparich. You will get RM10 voucher and can select a set of meal. The staff is friendly.
Cons : It is inconvenient for older people since they didn't have lift and need to use stairs. Even the registration counter is at second floor. During the my stay, suddenly pipe water have been disrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean & cold room, but must climb staircase 1 floor up above Paparich restaurant. However no kettle to boil water, no cutlery, no free coffee provided, no hair dryer (given only upon request at reception). This place not recommended for old people. Anyway I like that this place is comfortable, nearby to town & many good places to eat.
