β β β β β Unpleasant experience. Lawyers push you from one to another and ask you to follow up directly with them. Same with admins. No initiative in timely updates and have to spend a lot of time to personally follow up. Will not be engaging this firm a second time.

β β β β β Worst experience dealing w them. Not responsive and lack of attentiveness. Overall, irresponsible when they knew they are to be blamed when client is penalised. Two cases were penalised. The third I refused to engage them. Please avoid them by all means
