Booked and made payment with them for basic home cleaning service. Everything was fine and agreed and they've asked for payment to be made; which I have happily obliged to secure the booking. One day before the agreed date, they notify me that no cleaner available and asked me to reschedule! Utterly dissatisfied with their service and have since asked for cancellation and refund! Not recommended at all. Now to see how long they take to refund my money.

The helper come on the day i need to make sure my house clean and tidy. Overall i am really satisfied with the service and will repeat it again. I choose the basic cleaning and my home looks clean again. Tq so much to have this service!

After reading all the recent reviews, I noticed I’m not the only one. Used to be good when it was made4u. The quality of cleaning work is good all these while. But the company policy and customer service are bad. Subscribed and fixed schedule for weekly cleaning, with flexible time given based in office hours, yet needed to send reminderssss to schedule the session for me. On the of that, they have recently fixed the time slots which are not friendly for my office hours without informing. When I requested to follow my time (which has been practicing for more than 6 months), the customer service terminated my subscriptions in a rude manner with the reason being cannot fulfilled my request.

I am not sure if this is a scam company.. During the engagement, they responded to my queries promptly and managed to convince me to subscribe to their premium service. A day before the service, they cancelled the entire booking and mentioned that they are fully booked until end Jan. Prior to that, I confirmed several time if they can commit to the date and timing as it is the peak season, and they confirmed that the service can be delivered! This is not professional at all and until now, they have not responded to any of my message (after 2days) ! This is truly disappointing, hence I do not recommend this vendor at all! Please think multiple times before engaging them!

If you do not want die of heart attack, do not use this company. They were great when they are trying to convince you to subscribe their premium service. After the signed up, you can never get a slot that you want. After a series of complaint, they will say β€œwe have checked with higher management and we decided to terminate the contract” What the heck is this? Playing with the customer? We do not have time for this kind nonsense. Do not waste our time.

Very terrible..If can, I'll give zero star. They are very aggressive and reply promptly when convincing me to subscribe their service. But when issue happened, reply messages in 2~5 hours. What a terrible customer service. I've make an appointment 3weeks ahead. The maid didn't show up last minute. They don't even serve a notice to me 1day earlier. The most speechless thing is they send me the maid contact number and ask me to contact the maid my self. Then when I ask for refund, they promise will refund in 1-7days. In 10days later, I ask them where is the refund, they said still in processing. Ask me to wait patiently. What the......I'm deeply suspect this compacy is a scam. I shall reserve my rights to take legal action.

This is my first time with Maid4u and they are not professional at all. I did the booking way in advance and 1 day before the day, i received a message saying my booking is not confirmed because they are still in the midst of finding people to take up the job. I have been calling their customer service non stop (still within their working hours) and no one answered. After so many messages, the staff sent me an automated message saying my booking was confirmed but actually it didn’t meet my requirement. When i questioned back, they said my booking was split into 3 bookings to ease people to take up the job offer. I asked them to refund or reschedule my booking because i cannot be taking risk when they didn’t confirm the crews until the last minute. After so many messages back and forth they finally agreed to reschedule it. I had to go through hassle to find other resources for cleaning services. I will not choose you again!

1. Punctuality- The cleaners were late. Appointment was at 8AM but only contacted to inform that they were going to leave their place at 8AM. When asked ETA, informed that they were from Ampang so will arrive in another hour or more. Ok, I can still tolerate although it distrupted my schedule. When arrived, only 2 cleaners came instead of 3, another cleaner came later. 2. Proffesionalism- When reached, did not have the courtesy to even apologise that they were late, and seemed to have no idea what to do. I had to specifically tell them. One cleaner spent more time looking at another doing their job. They tried to find shortcuts in doing job (example, cleaning the ceiling fans required one to use ladder and clean with hands (at least that is how I always do it) but instead, they use extended dust broom and put a wet cloth on top of it, trying to wipe the dust off the fan ?After realising that it would not work that way, ended up using the ladder)- time wasted). After the time was up, they did not tidy up the cleaning tools. Wet mop was left in the basin in the store, cleaning cloths left everywhere in and outside the house. Glass cleaner left on the dinning table. 3. Not worth the money- I paid rm267 for 4 hours of cleaning by 3 persons. I ended up re-doing the cleaning myself! However, cleaners were polite. I give them credit for that. They have to gain more experience and I think it was jot entirely their fault. This company has to put more effort to find better resources or at least do a proper screening for workers and allow only experienced and skilled workers to take up the job.
