★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house has too many defect from the first i purchase that house but the management blame the problem to me then they charge me for that. I am very unsatisfied. I asked for the air-conditioner service. The air-conditioner i receive look very old and kinda look like not having a service for a long time. But the management suddenly charge me for that too. All experience i have with this management are very bad ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not rent a house from this business. I mean it. The staffs are so careless and not professional at all. The management is so slow. They gave my house key one day late from the date they promised. The house was so terrible. It was so dirty, the air-conditioners were not working properly due to no routine services, the sink was broken, the washing machine was also full with dust and the light bulb in the toilet was not in good condition. What I can say is the house was totally miserable, dirty and full of defects. However what made me mad right now is they try to make me and my other housemates pay for the defects?! Like how? This reckless management gave me a house with defects and now claiming we should pay the price even though we got nothing to do with the defects. Also, guess what? they want us to pay for "painting service" hahaha that house was never been occupied with kids so why bother to paint the whole house? Making us pay for something we did not do is already made my blood boiled but you guys should also know this management let other people enter "our" house at that time while we were not at home! We are "kind" enough not to make a scene at the moment. But since this management is basically being a leech now it is my responsibility to tell everyone so that you guys will not experience what my housemates and I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please homii management...I report for defect Aircond no cool,but no respond and action taken..I have rent this room..2 days already no aircond,very hot,If sleep also wet with sweat..every night only fan,I open window also not good because of dust from outside the building.How long I need to wake until management take action,please send someone fix the aircond..I submit 3 times defect form,no action taken..worst..
