★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service at D’Rich executive suites by the new manager Valyaswamy. I have lost my access card and request for new card. He had asked me to fill up many forms (he was nit in the office) the office girl the one that past me the forms. That day was thursday and the girl told me that manager has go out don’t know when come back (it was 1.20pm at that moment) and the manager will be on off day the next 2 days (Friday and Saturday). The girl asked me to call directly timo the manager and the manager gives many excuses to me with bad attitude and said that it may takes few day for him to confirm all the details that I have fill up in the form before he can issue me the new pass? I asked him how am I going in and out from my house without the access card? He said this is the procedure ( procedures because he was on leave i guess?). Is this kind of service your company give after we pay our monthly service charges?
