★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place super slowly service, you need to come super early even after u have an appoitment made. My appoitment is at 11am, reached here around 10.20am to get number 1030 where the latest number is 1024 only 6 number behind but the waiting for this 6 number is 1h30min. Im so impresses with their slowly service, when there is actually 4 service counter. Beside that the service for the car take almost 1 days to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my City to service center earlier for regular maintenance and I had just found out that they replaced my engine's washable air filter from Works Engineering with their one time paper filter. My own filter costed me RM200+ and they replaced it without letting me know. Extremely disappointed... Not sure if it was by accident or "purposely" done so for other benefits...
