Toyota called to make appointment for service but still long queue over the weekend, had to wait for 2 hours plus for a supposedly 1.5hrs service. No food, only drinks n biscuits while waiting tho. Got free car wash after service.

My appointment was at 10am, attended to at 10.15am for my basic 3rd service. Waited for 2 hours until 2.15pm and when I asked what was taking so long, apparently all the technicians have stopped for lunch at 12pm and I'll have to wait for yet another 45mins until 1pm for them to be back from lunch. To the manager: have staggered lunch hours. How can ALL the technicians stop working at the same time and the customers have to wait for them to be back from lunch to resume work? And the customers are left waiting in the lounge that does not provide food (take note: no food) Very annoyed. Who wants to wait 3 to 4 hours just for a basic service?

Haven't upgrade their wshop CCTV yet. Simply overcharging customers for 24 checks on every oil change for nothing was done

Today is 20-1-22 is the worst day I'm ever do my car.today I'm check in 9.15am and check out 12.15pm..and the service advisor told me that didn't fix anything in my car.my car problem is side window driver the rubber damage already and back camera couldn't see anything.im have been wait for 3 hour without do anything and service advisor told me that I'm damage my own window and didn't got any warranty and have to pay for it.really ridiculous.im never see this kind of service center said like that.i want ask everyone who ever got buy own car, did you will damage your own car?I will not go there anymore.take long time to do thing and blame on customer damage own car.
