★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family drives Honda. We have 4 Honda's in our household but only I bring my car to this branch as they all had poor experience here but I find it convenient and how bad could it be right?
Don't waste your time and money.
Despite not having warranty, I decided to bring it here for service. The lady told me to have full service and I listened. She told me to fix this and that, I went ahead. I've spent approx. Rm1.6k However, few days using the car, the "P" sign kept appearing. I asked her why it has happened , she told me to bring the car back to them but I will have to pay extra for inspection.
Could you believe her? This has never happened before. I realised I paid for them to service everything including my break system to have more issues occur to me. Car wash? Nope, my car still look dirty.
I was a water fish for them. Don't be one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Honda showroom is a little away from the city, at the fringe of Sg Buloh Kuala Selangor road, not far after the Paya Jaras night market.
A complete 3S outlet, it has plenty of parking space for those that wish to browse and see the latest Honda car models available at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one of my past service,one of your colleagues told me that it is fine to follow mileage instead of service date. I took his words as granted and delayed my scheduled service for as long as 3-4 months time due to my 10k mileage not completed yet. However,my service recently have charges a labour fee due to not servicing in time. Given my last service was on November 2021 and the scheduled service was on January 2022, HONDA has given me a 10k mileage enough for my 6 months driving; however, I have only completed 5k in 3 months time. I took your colleague’s words as granted and continue to drive until I completed 10k mileage. Why is HONDA giving me a 10k mileage service for 3 months instead of 5k mileage service? Is that how HONDA is earning their money through their customer? This is the first time I’m buying Honda, but I have heard good names about your long sustainability and good products. Now I’m just disappointed. I have paid the labour fee, but I will never recommend Honda to anyone anymore.
