โ โ โ โ โ Great sales experience with salesman, Damon Wong. He was very helpful with car details and great with responding. He followed up timely and sent me a the detail showcasing the car we were interested in. Also had a good experience with the finance manager. No hidden fees and he clearly explained the buying process. Previously, I had a horrible experience at a dealership due to fees and their inability to clearly explain fees, the dealership was also lacking in customer service. Honda Tanjong Balai Sales might not be as big as some of the other dealerships but they are definitely good on customer service. The dealership features an array of reliable cars and you may find it difficult to choose due to the wide selection of cars. Should you be in the market to buy a car. I highly recommend you go to Honda Tanjong Balai and donโt forget to look for Damon Wong. We are very happy with our purchas

If you need to service car, tomorrow can make appointment, but if need to check problem need to wait 2 months for appointment. Giving warranty useless if when you need it, you have to wait months just to even check the problem.

โ โ โ โ โ Appointment was required about 2days prior to sending car for service. The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. It took about 2hr30min to complete a standard service of Honda City. This center had enough space to allow us to work while waiting for the car to be ready and some hot drinks was available as well.

โ โ โ โ โ This has to be one of the best service centre. The place is spacious and comfortable. From the receptionist to the service agent, everyone that I met there are very cheerful and polite. Process is really smooth and got my car's service and maintenance done in less than 2 hours time. Less than 5 minutes walk and you could find Starbucks, Subway, KFC, Tealive etc at the Petronas petrol station next to the service centre. Servicing car has never been so easy and enjoyable. Highly Recommended.

Mr Kelvin is very friendly and helpful.
I also booked my first service here also.
On the day of appointment (11/5/2022), the receptionist is cheerful and mesra. When they call my no giliran, one of the male staff that attend me, go check my car together with me.
He is ok just when i try talk to him, no respond. Hahaha like he in his own world. So i decide to just keep quite and follow him like a robot. But he is ok.
Waiting area is spacious and clean. There are mineral water for customer and some biscuit. The toilet super clean.
I've been told that car service will take about 1h-2h service and my appointment at 10, I arrived before 10am. The car is ready at 12.25pm.
