He knows his thing, almost every aspect of the car, pertaining to the recent and previous Honda, internal interface compared to the current and previous model, insurances, ceramic coating, fuel consumption, body kit and etc.

Till this day, he goes out of his way to help us with the road tax and makes sure that we are properly insured. Anytime we have any questions he is always available. โ โ โ โ โ Dealing with Muru was so easy. He is very helpful and provide full support anytime I had any questions. He even helped me to sell off my old car even it wasnโt within his job scope. He goes all out to help all his clients. I have introduced him to many of my friends and family due to his superb service and all of them are happy too! One of the best sales person I ever met!

โ โ โ โ โ My first service was at this center, it is spacious but no free coffee due to covid situation. Due to business travel, i serviced my car at Perak for next two service schedule. When i back to kl and want to make appointment with this center, they told me they can only check record that were serviced at their center. Without telling me that they can check based on my service book, they straight tell me that my service is overdue and need to have extra charge. The reception told me there are no other way but this is their practice. It is funny as a honda 3S shop.

Wife and I were so delighted with the conversation we had with her. Our ideal sales person. Heaven and earth comparison to the Lexus sales person approach yesterday
I'd buy the Honda Accord from her anytime. Yet to decide what to get next
The Civic RS looked so cool & sporty (well thinking about my boys not me)
Will need to decide by March and hopefully make a purchase..

Camry - Waiting for new model to arrive to test. My Camry Hybrid has better performing engine compared to current Camry and servicing experience in Toyota Balakong has been excellent. Actually feel like a customer
OR wait for Lexus UX 300e the EV, which claims to be quiet and deal with a less enthusiastic sales person.
