★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third time going to this spa but this would be the last one. First, i went for facial. Did the basic one 1/5. Second, did keratin treatment dekat salon ni. Staff was arguing in front of me the right post-treatment haircare. Dua dua not convincing also same goes to the result. The effect only lasted for a month, which supposedly two to three months la based on apa yang dia cakap. Rasa mcm kena tipu dengan harga yang sangat tak masuk akal. Third time, the last one, went with my sister for pedi mani. Had a good first impression, tempat cantik but panas ye aircond rosak but no effort to letak fan ke apa. My sister's nails sampai bleeding and bernanah after that. Bila cakap sakit, the staff asked "tak pernah buat pedi mani ke?" in such a sarcastic manner. That convinced me of not going to this spa anymore. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've gave 5 stars (for their salon since they have other services) but yesterday's visit was unfortunately not as good as always. I've been to their salon three times (including yesterday) and previously i did scalp treatment, they did it very well. But today, she (different girl) somehow didn't follow the steps like before. No creambath and no scrubbing on my scalp, only hair wash and serum and cut (requested) and price is the same, even charged extra rm25 for haircut. I don't know whether they changed the methods or no but absolutely not worth it for today. Usually they're excellent though, just not today.
