★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped a couple times here but recently bought an order for a chiffon scarf which turned out to be heavier than expected. I asked to return it and they accepted but the money will only be a store credit. A business should never return the money as store credit as it's just another way for them to retain the money if you forget to shop or never find another thing you like. You are basically forced to shop there just because they are holding your money hostage. So they get their scarf back and can resell and at the same time they are guaranteed your money as well.
I shopped in a lot of online places Amazon, Etsy, Zalora and Sephora for many years and I have returned some items and always the money is returned back to me. Store credit is just a selfish way to do business and it only benefits the store not the customer. I am not returning the item because I will no longer shop here. I've bought hijabs at Haute Hijab before and their hijabs are amazing, so I'll go back to them even if shipping takes longer. This order I will gift it to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were only 2 personnel at the store. No one attending customers at the time. Only during payment I was told the display is the last piece. Need more personnel especially during the weekend to attend customers too, apart from cashier and inventory. The products are good. Keep it up!
