★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't pick up the phone, and aren't allowed to do anything without referring to HQ, which means everything takes weeks instead of minutes. Forget asking about credit card issues because they can't access the system. Pretty typical setup for a local bank; clients are seen as inconvenient. Staff are nice enough but honestly, they really can't do much even if they want to. There's parking underground - it's expensive. RM3.50 for less than an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If google don't force me to rate at least one star, HLB SS15 branch doesn't deserve even one star. I went there to request for bank confirmation letter for my son's education on Wed. I was informed it will be ready in 3 days the latest. *Btw KWSP can do it on the spot*. That's how HLB is. After waiting til Monday I gave them a call but it was routed to call center. Luckily I told call center what happen as the branch number was totally useless. By 4pm Monday a lady staff from SS15 called and asked me did I even request for it. If yes was she the person? What a dumb question! If you forgot say you forgot. Today is Tuesday and she told me it will be ready in the morning. Let's see what happen. Worst bank experience ever. Avoid this branch. Loads of incompetent and inept people working there.
