Assistance me to get all the documents needed for car selling, which the documents might in HQ KL, they helps to check and finally the documents is receive so that I can proceed the procedure smoothly.
Thanks for your kindness and friendly attitude to trying to ease my worrisome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My number was called after 10 minutes of waiting. I told them it was to open a business account. They asked me to have a seat. I waited for almost an hour and watched almost 10 customers being called after me. I went to check periodically but still being told to wait. So I gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Singaporean and visited this branch today to get a new atm card as mine had expired. Met counter staff Ms Suguna. Was pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness and eagerness to help me with the process. Had to update my particulars which was tedious especially between new and expired passports.. Best of all she displayed patience and did it with a smile. Kudos . An asset HLB

I was greeted by their staff Suguna who is very professional, polite and sweet, she is very helpful and knows how to get a job done fast. She helped My family to set up their bank accounts and made the process very much easier. Overall my experience there was good ?
