★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever bank I see in Penang Island. Renew credit card supposed to send to home but they called asking to collect. I have to drive all the way from my house which is 30mins away and when I reached 3:55, the guard told me cannot collect. Bank already close. I am not doing any bank transaction, just collecting the credit card. Why have to trouble people to come for second time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management from the Hq… 60% of staffs are infected by covid yet workers who are not confirmed to be infected are still forced to come to work. Very careless SOP … By the hq.
Hopefully KKM can take some serious action on the respective departments regarding this issue. This has been going on for too long… Worker’s life are at stake for their bosses greed.
