★ ★ ★ ★ ★ security officers over here really disregard visitors. a visitor have to wait awhile for them to come open the lift lobby door for you. and when ur done visiting, uf they arent around. u cant access out because there is no button to open the door from inside. most other apartment have a button for a person to go out in case of emergency. idk the safety standard if there is fire. ?

It's decent if you can rent/buy at a low-ish price. But it's certainly not a luxury apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for almost two years as a NUMed student - very convenient (apart from having shuttle bus routes to campus and AEON), grocery stores and restaurants are literally between a 5-minute walk / drive away. There is a malay restaurant located on the ground floor of Horizon Residences (however I'm not sure if they are still operating) and they do have great dishes and even delivers to your doorstep. The security services are very good so it's safe at night.
