★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought this property, they mentioned that they will get my unit settle, fix faulty or crack wall before i get my key. But i got it with full of faulty issue, crack wall, water leaking, door with faulty (no sign of repairing). As i have 1 year warranty, I keep report my issue but the issue was drag and drag and drag.
Reported to SP helpline/hotline, unfortunately, no improvement. They dragged again.
After almost 1 year, the reported crack area are still remain crack. and a staff from this SP setia said that "Sir, your warranty will expired in 1 month, do you still have anything need to be settle?"
I smile, but i know no point report with SP setia, action will be drag again.
one thing for sure, I will not buy any property from SP setia anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient place to buy daily stuff from convenient store, restaurant beside this condominium, bus-stop to Singapore is within a stone throw, good security, clean environment and 3-5 minutes drive to Jusco shopping mall @ Bukit Indah. An ideal start-up point for bicycle riders to ride towards Legoland (7km) or Danga Bay (12km) direction via smooth wide safe tarmac road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most of the things and environment is gods. except the management has a funny system of assigning car park lot for residence at high floor. which keeping plenty of free lots for visitors conveniently at level 1 and 2. residence who parked their car at visitor lot over night will get their wheel cramped. 100RM to release. this is very strange and not serving residence at all. at least 80% of visitor lots are free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet, convenient, peaceful, clean that came equipped with facilitiea like bbq pit and swimming plf The apartment isnt located along the main road so the traffic here is usually good to go with. The seafood restaurant beside it is quiet well known in the area and a lot of food can also be found around the area. Bukt indah aeon is also nearby if you need more stuff. Good place for a short weekend trip, massage and shopping. It can get crowded sometime, especially for weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay, convinient to the shops (runcit, clinic, restaurant, salon, petshop, printing etc) and there are also Aeon Bukit Indah and Tesco nearby. It is not a really quite place, the loud motorbikes exhaust sound are so disturbing, some of them race on street.
