★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at level 4 inside of Lot 10. You have to walk inside the Isetan area. The female staff (in glasses) is very friendly and helpful! Props to her! Shop had a nice ambience and not very noisy. Not a lot of people there too, compared to The Tokyo Restaurant.
Tried their Truffle Sio Ramen. Broth is good but a bit salty and after a while it gets ‘heavy’. They added lemon slice to ‘lightened’ it so it helps a bit I think.
Chicken is juicy and egg is good. The ramen noodle is chewy and just nice, I love it!
Tiramisu is just so-so. But the cheesecake is superb! I tried it before at their other shop, The Tokyo Restaurant few years back and the taste is just the same: divine ?
But seems like it’s smaller now? Lol.
But nonetheless, still good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork free ramen restaurant, overshadowed by main kitchen The Tokyo Restaurant, I like the fact that it is quiet. The ramen and a broth is very unique considering it is not the typical tonkotsu broth, I will recommend trying the truffle shoyu ramen with a tinge of lemon zest, very unique, best of all you can order the same dessert from Tokyo restaurant minus the hassle of queue. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambiance, and authentic tasting tasting Japanese Ramen. Service was slow as the restaurant seemed understaffed. But it may be due to current economic conditions. Fries are dusted with a great Japanese flavouring. The sushi rolls were really well prepared as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the many restaurants located in Isetan lot 10. This restaurant is very unassuming compared to the other restaurants on level 4. It has a very limited food selection, and unfortunately during CNY weekend, all but the ramen was available. Kudos for having a vegetarian option!! The broth of my vegetarian ramen was wholesome and flavorful. I added extra toppings, which complemented the ramen perfectly. The service was helpful and attentive.
