Used to go to other private specialist hospitals like KPJ and what not, but decided to come here since it's newer and nearer. I'm really impressed with the overall service except in one area which I will elaborate later. I had to wait for a while before being able to see the specialist, but this didn't really bother me too much. I was admitted to the ward using my insurance and was really impressed with the interior design and the medical services. The standard single ward is quite spacious and comfortable. The nurses were friendly, the medical procedures were done professionally, the specialist who attended me was particularly very knowledgeable. Everyone is so islamic; the uniforms are modest, they greet you with salam, they use halal medicines etc2. Another thing that surprises me is that a lot of the nurses and staffs there are female. I would've preferred to see a more gender balanced workforce but this doesn't bother me at all. However, the security guards down below failed to hold similar high standards that the other staffs of the hospital are doing. I found that they were very rude in handling customer's concerns. The hospital should really train them to hold high standards in their services.

A classic example of profit driven hospital at its finest. Claimed to be β€œspecialist” but thats not the case. My sister gave birth to her firstborn in this hospital. Very poor advice from the doctor. My sister had follow her check up routine from this hospital even way before due date. At her crucial hour before childbirth the doctor said that she have to undergo emergency caeserean (c-section) that is okay but the reason behind it is what infuriated m the most. They had induced my sister prior and when her opening was only 4cm they decide that β€œoh hey its a good time to just go and burst the sac”, break the water. According to the so called β€œspecialist” doctor my niece umbilical cord was too long and had to go for emergency c section. I do understand the risk associated here but what I feel unsettling and enraged about was the fact that how on earth you did not realize this sooner? Are you not performing your job in due diligence? Why at the very last sec you only realize this? When now a days modern scanning machines and advance med equipment are well equipped in every hospital. My sister had to suffer the consequences of your incompetence. She had to go thru all the pain of child birth, the pain of contraction as a result of inducing, the pain of the long needle insertion to her spinal and the suffer of c section just so you could reap every penny out of every patient you could find. Well done!. For expecting parent out there planning your child birth you better think thrice. For those who had a great experience here Alhamdulilah praise to god it doesn’t happen to you consider yourself lucky

My experience with Dr. Fatimah who is an O&G specialist is very very bad. In the last October, our baby died after four months of pregnancy. Although she (Dr. Fatimah) decided the date to out the died baby by herself, she left my wife alone in the room without caring what may happen to her after taking the medication to out the baby. She left the hospital after giving my wife the medication to out the baby without telling us or the nurses. She didn't call another doctor to complete the process with my wife. Even when my wife had a lot of bleeding, she didn't reply to any call from the nurses. The nurses called her more than ten times, but she didn't reply. Fortunately, Dr. Yulianty was the emergency doctor in that night. I asked the nurses to call her, and she did a quick action to out the baby. Dr. Yulianty told us the situation is very critical and more time may cause dangerous situations for my wife. Thank you very much Dr. Yulianty for your help and may Allah bless you and your family. I submitted a complaint two times to the management. The management didn't call me only after the second complaint. After the second complaint, the management asked me to make a meeting with Dr. Fatimah and i agreed to understand why she did that with me. Unfortunately, i didn't receive any other call from them regarding that. I don't know the reason, but maybe she refused to meet me. Based on the above, i decided to write this note her.

Gave birth to my son at their old building and to my daughter in the new one. Their service has improved quite substantially in just 2.5 years. Everything is organized and the waiting time is not long. Facility is new and top notch. I'm more informed of the procedures and about medication/vaccination. Best of all is that they're shariah compliant. I would definitely choose to give birth here again if Allah grants us another baby. Edit: My son was hospitalized here recently because he had high fever and couldn't drink or eat due to HFMD. We had to wait a bit to be admitted. But once everything was settled things were taken good care of. They allowed me to bring along my 6-month-old daughter as she's breastfeeding, and my mother to help me. The doctor (Dr Khairul Azman) and nurses were patient in dealing with my son. Of course nothing is perfect but they're easily overlooked. Overall I'd give 5 stars for treatment and care. Getting discharged makes me feel a mix of sad and relieved.

Never again will I ever step my foot in this hospital nor will I receive any calls from here. Two words: Unprofessional and inefficient. Dreadful experience with a consultant specialist in psychiatry and its customer service. Made me pay RM80.00 just for a handwritten "support letter" addressed to the university I affiliate with. Handwritten, not typed letter ya with the most incomprehensible handwriting I have ever encountered. The worst part of my experience is the said "specialist" gave me "professional" advice which she herself did not recall, causing me to doubt and question her overall practice, integrity, and diagnosis. The insanity did not stop there. Getting three calls from the same hospital in a day with the same intent to inform me that a new, amended "support letter" was not warranted, was annoying, if not revolting. If that is not enough, the customer service did not solve the "support letter" problem internally, preferring to resort to the words of the absent-minded "specialist" and yet, had the audacity to instruct your client (me) of matters outside of your own, which was insulting your client's intelligence, to say the least. This very experience drove me furious to the extent that my family members had to console me as they were extremely concerned about my mental health. This would be my first and last experience getting my treatment at this hospital.
