★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking time checking on Health Screening Package details on the internet; I have decided that this hospital is offering good packages with cancer markers and so on. So I called for reservation, and I was denied, because, my voice is a bit harsh and during the phone call, I coughed a bit. Actually, my voice haven't change since 3 weeks after heavy cough during my Umrah time due to hot and dry weather, and I already got treatment for the cough when back to Malaysia, and the cough now is gone, just the common one that I normally got due to my Rhinitis Allergy, when your nose always runny and it dripped into your throat. Also, I explained about this and about my stuffy nose. I was advised to see "E&T" specialist first! And I must be healthy, voice MUST RECOVERED first before health screening!!!!!!!!!! I mean, I want to know my RESTING BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL, and all other markers!!! Why I need to wait until have a lovely voice first before taking the health screening! How if it is too late? Do you want to be responsible for it??? No right? Very bad customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and traumatic experience. I had my delivery here during PKP and the SOP protocols for COVID-19 here are horrendous! Whilst I tested negative for PCR, my husband tested positive for RTK. Instead of letting my husband take the PCR then and there (this is so that he could be in the ward after my delivery, the main reason why I chose to deliver in private hospital), they asked him to go back to our home in Banting and self-quarantine. I had to have my father in the ward to take care of me instead. My husband had to go to Banting to take the PCR. Mind you, this is during eid, so the earliest result for the PCR test could only be obtained 4 days after his swab test due to most of the labs closing during the holiday. After that, during the check daily check up the doctor and staff asked me 'why didn't your husband take the PCR here?'. Are you kidding me? Your staff denied my husband's urgent request to take the PCR test, which is to be with me during the first few days of our first born. I will never forget this. If i could give negative star for this hospital, i would absolutely do that. By the way, his PCR test came out negative. All this hassle for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the Covid -19 RTK-ag drive thru test ,the service were extremely slow. The appointment was set at 3 pm ,we have to wait for 35minutes just to get the swab done. There were only one doctor incharge for the swab test.There were no assistant near him to communicate with us and explain to us about how the result will be sent to us and whatsoever. The hosital management should take full alert on this problem and figure out a way to make thing smoother for the patients.
Overall just a totally bad experience. Wont recommend this hospital for covid test for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital in treating injuries. They don't sterilize the materials used. I've been into lots of hospitals and clinic and i know how to differentiate sterilized or not. Better pergi klinik kesihatan Putrajaya Presint 9 je lagi better and free. Ni swasta mahal but buat kerja cincai. The doctors here are not permanent doctors. They are just part time doctors. But even so you have to do your job right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my newborn child here for jaundice screening. Since im in confinement, the front desk staff was kind enough to ask if i needed a wheelchair.; Though some of the wheelchair can be upgraded or fix (bad condition) I feel well taken care of. Dr Arbaiyah's staff was kind and helpful too.
