★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being a long running hospital, all the facilities are still well kept. Parking was sometimes a problem if you go at peak hours but the rest are all good. Dr Andi is very helpful and provide sincere service. The nurse that attend to me also was very skillful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time admission here at wad as Saadah - ward for maternity and ObGyn related issues. Single bed room is always full. And 2nd available choice is always 4-bedded room.
I love it here since all staff, including cleaner and food servant are women.
Ward room looks like room at government hospital but not packed. Ruang solat available in the ward room itself, with telekung. Quran, some reading material also available in the patients locker.
Nurses are caring - you just need to call (using the call button) if you need help with anything - adjust bed, help you getting out of bed to toilet, etc.
Food menu for the next day will be presented daily for you to choose.
Oh, the first time I admitted, I was given a mini-orientation, too. Nurse explains whereabouts of everything around the ward.
As per choosing, My first admission due to miscarriage, 3 nights at hospital with D&c procedure cost around RM10K+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experiece during check up my daughther 01.05.2022 ( 11.30am -3.30pm) Im totally dispointed with PUSRAWI.. Wwiting area ver very bad with heavy rain yesterday. 1st & my last visit to this PUSRAWI.. till now 02.05.2022 stil lshort 1 medicine no yet solve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is old yet well maintained and clean.
The corridors are too narrow.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. We face an issue but the customer service solved the issue quickly.
GL letter was received easily and my wife is admitted right after the covid test. We are very pleased with the customer service.
Tomorrow my wife will go for surgery. I hope everything will go smoothly.
By the way thanks to Dr Azmi for comprehensive explanation on the surgery.
Important to be improved: Time is precious please be punctual.
By the way The staff at the counter 9 is kind and helpful. Thank you my friend
Overall I would recommend this hospital.

Be slow down when you drive from this Tun Razak way as it just right before the split of fly over and busy road for next traffic lights as if u missed it you may need to make a u turn. In between the Pusrawi Hotel and Wisma Sejarah. (next to National Library). If u lucky enough you may enjoy free parking at the entrance here. If you don't, enjoy RM 5 parking at next building (Wisma Sejarah). The hospital offers Muslim oriented and compliance services. They do greet everyone politely and do their best to served you. Very professional Doctors who do cares every details to confort their patients. Most importantly fast services and do an extra here. Those who have an appointment for covid vaccination please do meet your appointed time accordingly. U helps them to help you and us
