A normal rakyat who pays tax like me, and who can afford private treatment even, cannot even get a decent, and supposedly SEAMLESS COVID-19 vaccination experience. God's sake the vaccine is FREE. Why they make it hard to get it there, ALLAH SAJA TAHU. Will never set foot here. And don't use a religion's name to mask inefficiency ya. Tolongla ada malu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the outpatient services at 9.00 pm. Wait about 20 minutes before the doctor treatment. I had a severe gastric symptoms but the doctor kept mentioned about Covid symptoms. rtk test here is RM150.00 and PCR test is RM280.00. The doctor is so lousy . I end up warded in the HUKM because of GERD . Just don't go to this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor are ok the nurse are so so. Service like hkl also managment are worse. I'm regularly check up. Because my medication not enough my coverage need to get topup, I need to wait a week for medication I already finish eventhore the medication is available. Seriously frustrating. Really annoying and frustrating ?

The Specialist and Clinical Team are ready to advise and prepare to assist the patient in any situation given. The Non Clinical team has also taking part to ensure that the support is extended accordingly upon request. I am glad that the hospital is continuously improved and giving their best service to the patient & the family. Well done to be called as 'Ibadah Friendly Hospital'

Package medical service available at affordable prices.
UMRAH vaccination card available.
Relatively fast service and booking can be made although still need to wait as in other hospitals.

And they should increase more doctors, when I went only one doctor was available for outpatient and she had to attend another patient, leaving a lot of people in a long queue
Other than that everything else is good
