★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I called eye clinic to ask questions or double confirm appointment date, they always answer that they are very busy and ask me to call at evening. Very inconvenient. Customer service very bad. I won't deny hospital are busy but it won't hurt you if clear my doubt first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthcare facility is quite comprehensive. Quite packed with patients as everyone will come in very early.
Toilets no need to mention - we all know about it.
Canteen was ok. Food price is reasonable.
Not enough parking so you have to park at road side and even highway.
Other than that, I am grateful for the heathcare service here.
