★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packed. Hardly any parking spot available. Long waiting time. To many Q to go thru. Xray dept too far away. Not enough seat for everyone. Senior citizens get the priority at the expense of younger folk. But in the end you will be able to see a specialist and get your medicines...all for RM5.00 & even then there are many exemption to this charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty unpleasant customer service experience via PHONE CALL, a simple polite question regarding the services provided at Serdang hospital and the answer was not even Helpful and pretty harsh and impolite. Sorry to say this but coming from a Customer Service background I am pretty upset with the tone and answer given by the Customer Service via phone call.
