โ โ โ โ โ Rude and arrogant service at the accessories center... Came in to buy boots and order a new Shoei Xspirit III to replace my helmet...
First thing i came in, the lady boss took my helmet to play and take pictures of it without my permission. Thats still ok because thats a common reaction for my modified Icon Variant.
My dad then tried some of their helmets and she asked my dad to wear a shower cap to do so.. fair enough for hygiene purposes.
Lastly my dad got scold because he pushed the button for drop down visors... She said you can try but cannot press the buttons because they can break and is expensive.
Please... My Icon is way more expensive then your china brand stuff and its ok to play with your customers helmet but not ok for customers to try your helmets we intend to buy?
Worst service in Penang. There are plently of other shops here than this.
