★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekerja hot and roll sangat biadap, meninggikan suara pada pelanggan. Mungkin pihak pengurusan perlu adakan latihan bagaimana nak bercakap dengan pelanggan. Kejadian berlaku hari ini pukul 6 petang 7 Februari 2019.
 Hot and roll workers are very rude, raise their voice to customers. Perhaps management needs to have training how to talk to customers. The incident occurred today at 6pm on February 7, 2019.
