Horrible hotel, do not be deceived by the pictures. First of all, before checking in, we went to the car park but it looked haunted, extremely dimmed lights and the ticket machine was not working. Feeling abit eerie, I parked the car outside. Upon check in there was no one at the counter, there were 2 people in the cafe in the lobby talking loudly on a video call. Turns out one of them was the receptionist. Anyways after check in, we headed to the lift which was flooded with water, and headed to the 15th floor. Once the lift opened it felt as spooky as the car park. The windows was opened and the rain water was pouring in. There was trash lying around, ceiling leaking, big pile or garbages outside the room and worst of all the room looks nothing like the pictures. Feeling unsafe, we immediately called agoda and explained to them. They tried to call the hotel but no one answered. As adviced by agoda, we checked out and the receptionist didn't even ask why nor he was curious. After a few days agoda emailed and said that the hotel didn't want to refund the money. Its OK but do not be deceived. Never again will I come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, booked on Agoda but they still can sell the room that i booking to another customer. I've been told by them that room was full and i can't check in. Receptionist and Supervisor attitude is super rude, no responsibility at all. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a family suite in the hotel for 4D3N. First day check-in already observed dirty bed sheets, pillow case and stains on the bath towels. Mirror is blurry with stains on it.
- Feedback to the room service and request to change yet the manager came to my room with a very bad attitude. YELLED at us saying that he had inspected the room 2 days ago. And that's their standard in providing dirty bed sheets and pillow case?
- 2nd day housekeeping still considered acceptable.
- 3rd day housekeeping back to unacceptable level. Cups were neither change nor wash, pillow case changed but with stain marks.
- No breakfast is provided and yet it stated there is in their website.
- I can said this is a very bad experience throughout the accommodation in the hotel and will never ever come back again. Highly not recommend. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a decent hotel, value for money at that price. Room size is big, we were in a 3 beds room with 2 toilets that is still spacious enough to walk around after putting 2 big luggages.
Stayed only for a night as a stopover to other places so didn't check out facilities and didn't eat anything there. May want to prepare antiseptic tissues to wipe some things. Wifi not speedy. Bed is neither too hard or soft, very comfortable.
Carpark is free but needs maintenance. Location is easy to find, can see big hotel signage from a distance.
When we left, saw there was a wedding booked for the function room. Hope the place recover from the pandemic slowdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another go to place if you are just looking for 1 night where you wanted to stay and you have 2 kids with you.
The rooms are ageing but this is normal especially after the pandemic lock-downs.
Swimming is one of the best things here as the water is just nice.
