★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price its a great lil home base to sleep and shower while u explore... very simple rooms but friendly staff thou language barrier can be tough.. great food stores and two metro stations nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had so bad experience with manager, so ruth, she don`t want to help at all. They try to get paid twice for same room. Pre-paid voucher in hand but they charge again, manager with no manners!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel Kita is the most amazing hotel in the malaysia have economic price you get 60 reggit room 4 persons. It was an amazing offer full Wi-Fi, clean washrooms, air conditioned. At end, everything is very good.

Asked for tax invoice by phone numerous time but they either said the account staff has not come to work yet (at 10:30am, wow the best job ever?!) or they straightaway hung up my call! How freaking rude. Emailed them many times but no one from their company bothered to respond. This hotel isn't even worth 1 star! Craziest thing is they still charge 6% GST on the bill after 1st June 2018 but the charged amount is actually 16% of the subtotal instead of 6%. You have committed an offence, Hotel Kita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried once because forgot my house key haha, well it was cozy. The receptionist was polite all the things in the room was functioning well and i had a good night sleep. Water is provided also have water heater too.
